Youth Ag Auction & Dinner

Join us for the most important event of the year – November 6, 2021!

FALL FUNDRAISER DINNER & MEMORY BOOK

As we all know, this year is still not completely “Back to Normal”, but we’re getting there. Because venues like Levi Stadium and schools are reopening, the County will move Vaccination Clinics to the Fairgrounds for the foreseeable future, which means our Fundraiser can’t be held there in person this year.

So THIS year we will be doing a little “Something Old” and “Something New and Creative” for EVERYONE. This year’s Fundraising Take-Away Dinner will be on November 6, 2021, and our New Memory Book will be available for pickup then as well. Please come join us for some warm memories and a great dinner!!

The 2021 SCC Fair Memory Book is brought to you by the Clover Foundation of Santa Clara Co. in partnership with the Santa Clara County Fair. The Memory Book will be made up of pages made directly by YOU, your FAMILY, OR your Project, Club or Chapter, using pictures you take and messages you write, all bound together with your friends and fellow exhibitors’ pages as a wonderful, timeless Memory Book.

We will also provide our popular Tri-Tip & Chicken Dinner as a “Take-Away”, which will be prepared by the same wonderful caterers that did our previous Fundraiser dinners in 2018 & 2019.

Submit Your Photos/Ads For The Memory Book By August 31, 2021
Books Will Be Available November 6, 2021 – At The Take Away Banquet
Cost of the Books: $50 – You don’t need to purchase a book to submit a memory page
Single Dinner $50 | Dinner for 4: $180
