Meet our Heritage Hog Scholarship winner for 2021-2022, Yahir Munoz. He lives in San Martin and attends Live Oak High School. He has been a 4-H member since he was 9 years old. He has shown animals at the SCC Fair every year – market goats, market hogs, and market lambs. He has started to breed his own stock.
As a member of several 4-H clubs, Yahir has gained many leadership and entrepreneurship skills. He comes highly recommended as being resourceful and responsible beyond his years. He has been accepted to go to the Western Welding Academy in Wyoming and is eager to start a welding career.
